Privacy and inquiries
Understand how information is handled before submitting
The handling below occurs only if you actively submit an inquiry. Opening this page or using prefilled conditions does not send, deliver, or store inquiry content.
Fields collected on submission
Name, company, country or region, email, phone or instant messaging details (optional), industry (optional), intended model (optional), medium (optional), flow (optional), pressure (optional), temperature (optional), details, privacy consent, submission ID, and the hidden website honeypot field used to identify automated submissions.
Technical-sales purpose and email delivery
If you submit, the information is used only for technical selection, duty review, quotation preparation, and a sales response. The system is configured to deliver inquiries to Sealand company email through the Resend email service. The page displays a reference only after the endpoint confirms success. It does not claim delivery when nothing is submitted or delivery fails.
Short abuse-prevention and deduplication storage
If you submit, the system hashes the combination of IP address and browser user agent. The raw IP address and user agent are never stored. The hash is used for the 10-minute rate-limit bucket and may remain as part of the submission-specific deduplication key, alongside the submission ID and inquiry reference, for up to 24 hours. Inquiry text is not written to either the rate-limit or deduplication record.
Browser persistence and tracking
This site uses no advertising tracking and does not persist inquiry text or personal fields in localStorage, sessionStorage, cookies, or analytics. Query parameters only safely prefill conditions and display context on the current page; they never submit automatically.
Email retention and deletion requests
After successful delivery, inquiries in company email are retained for technical-sales follow-up and applicable business-record needs. You can use either public company email below to request access, correction, a retention explanation, or deletion. Include the inquiry reference or enough email detail to locate the request.
